In this video, I pretty much went through the hardest motions… I was so sad, I was in pain, I was grieving! This was pretty much the thick of it, where I needed to be thinking of solutions but decided to be focused on my feelings instead. I was super sad, super betrayed, but at least I kept my hands to myself and kept myself sane. I am lowkey embarrassed but it happened and I felt compelled to post it - so here I am . 🎀 I'll try to post every Friday. 🦋
